Itinerary

The start is a 25 minute transfer from central Musanze. Here your activity leader will give you a briefing on Ruhondo boat pier before us to other shore where we start hiking. The first section is about 200m steep ,easy opportunity to learn how to hike steep mountains and it is good  exercise before hiking volcanoes ,During the steep hiking you can have a bit rest as you wish. Then as you continue deep into the countryside, you are surrounded by the sights and sounds of rural Rwanda. The second section is natural walk on the mountain separate two lakes until we arrive at Lake Burera, then we also walk around and we have rest of 20 minutes. The last section is to keep walking up to the point view where you can see both lakes at the same time we spend 30 minutes there then we starting point. The trip is crossed loop (never going back) then you go back to the place hosting you.
